Member Policies & Guidelines
Effective June 2026
Double-Booking
- You may not hold a private court, clinic, or event reservation while simultaneously registered for open play.
- If a conflict is detected, you'll be contacted to choose. If unreachable, you will be removed from open play.
Private Court Reservations
- $5.00 late-cancel/no-show fee. Cancel at least 6 hours in advance to avoid the fee.
- If your court is unused 15 minutes after start time and you have not notified PK, the reservation may be cancelled and a fee applied.
- Unregistered non-member guests will be charged $7 (off-peak) or $11 (peak) to the reservation holder.
Open Play
- $5.00 late-cancel/no-show fee. Cancel at least 6 hours in advance to avoid the fee.
- $5.00 overstay fee. Continuing into a subsequent session without a reservation will result in this fee.
- Members not checked in within 30 minutes of session start — without notifying PK — may have their reservation cancelled.
Building E — After-Hours Access
- An active reservation is required to access Building E. Waitlist status does not qualify.
- Use the PK app to open the door. Do not open the door for others or allow entry via knocking — only those with valid reservations may be inside.
- All players must be added to your reservation prior to arrival.
- Playing without a valid reservation or propping the door open may result in a charge, temporary loss of access, or membership cancellation.
Membership Renewal
- 3% convenience fee. Credit card renewals include a 3% convenience fee. To avoid the fee: Account → Payment → Membership Renewal → Add ACH/Bank info.
Membership Cancellation
- Memberships are month-to-month or year-to-year and require a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle.
- Email cancellation requests to [email protected].
- Team memberships require all members to submit individual cancellation notices.
- Memberships auto-renew. Immediate cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
Peak Open Plays (6–10 PM)
- As PK continues to grow, we kindly ask members to limit themselves to one open play session per evening during peak hours (6–8 PM).
- Many clubs enforce a strict one-session-per-day policy. PK does not — but we trust our members to self-manage and be considerate of others who are waiting to play.
